The Needle Loom, which does not use shuttles for weft insertion during the production process, is called shuttleless looms and widely used in the container bag industry.
Our Needle Loom consists of seven models according to the different widths of bulk bag slings, which basically meets all practical application scenarios and facilitates customers to select and use the Needle Loom.
- Our weaving machine has a weft density of 3.5-36.7 cm and an output of up to 125 m/hr.
- It is equipped with devices such as warp break detection, and seam thread breakage detection, etc., ensuring high output, quality, and convenience in the production process of jumbo bag loops.
The materials that can be weaved are pp flat tape, multifilament, monofilament.
